It’s been a busy time the last month or so. We have just come back from a month in the UK where I once again went down to Staveley for the penultimate seminar of the Bespoke Programme. It was a great session on management and leadership and we all took away many ideas to implement for our own businesses from the fictional businesses we set up on one day of the course. I quite liked our team concept – hmm, business number three maybe?
I did manage to get some photography in too of course – we went to the Botanical Gardens up in Sheffield where I spent a happy hour exploring with my macro lens as well as photographing the newest edition to the family.
I am now working on several client orders, am designing albums and have been at the framers several times this week. I also have several bookings for August too and am working on three shoots I did before leaving for the UK.
However, I did promise Grethe I would do a preview of some of little Lauritz – this shoot was to mark his 1st birthday. Lauritz was very proud of himself as he had just started to toddle so we had some of him sitting, standing and toddling in the flat and on the balcony. We then took him outside so he could play and show us what he really could do with his walker and he just didn’t want to go the direction we wanted him to … although the lure of the climbing frame proved too strong in the end. I am looking forward to our family shoot in the summer with big sister Sophie.
