I love to show images from previous shoots and to give families a sneak preview of their images before a viewing too. It’s also a great way to share your images with families and friends.
Sometimes though families prefer to keep their images private and just to themselves. I always respect this and ask permission before publicising them whether on my galleries or on my blog so please don’t feel you have to have your images up on my site or your names publicised if you have a shoot with me – it really is entirely up to you.
Here are a few images from a shoot I did with a lovely couple earlier this summer. Mum gave birth to two healthy twin girls and they are all doing really well. The couple chose a studio/location combination shoot which starts in the studio and then moves outside. In the studio, we had fun dressing up mum-to-be in swathes of black material to emphasise her bump, a snug cream long jersey “mamasack” and used post-it notes and wooden initials of the girls’ names in the shoot too. We then went outdoors in the wheat-fields close to the studio and did some shots outside.
